Hey Terry,
How's it going? Is it still hot in Korea? How high did the temperature get when you wrote the other day?
I'm away from home right now. I'm on vacation in the Okanagan Valley. It's about five hours by car from my home. This place is quite different from where I live. There's a photo at the bottom of the message.
Usually, the summer is extremely hot here with temperatures in the mid 30's most days. However, it's not too hot right now. I think the temperatures are mostly mid 20's and there's a light breeze. We're lucky so far.
I had a look at your school website. It seems like your school is quite large. How many students are there?
I know I've told you this before but, I want to say again how excellent your English is. I'm very impressed! I can't find much to give suggestions about. For today, I have only one suggestion. It's very small and it's about this sentence you wrote:
Well, I had found the website that I found the fainting goat, but I couldn't find it out!
To make this sentence more clear, you could write this instead:
Well, I had found the website where I found the fainting goat, but I couldn't find it again!
Or
... I couldn't find it a second time!
Today, we're going to a celebration to mark 150 years of British Columbia as a province of Canada. We have BC Day every year in August, but because of the 150 years, there are free festivals all over the province. What are you doing today? How's the stay-cation going?
We haven't talked about sports yet. Can you tell me in your next message what sports you play or watch?
