The Korean-Styled Pizza
Thanks for your reply to my last letter. It was so interesting to read that you also like sushi a lot and see each picture of tasty-looking dishes you sent to me. Yeah, I love the kind of California roll and also the "inari sushi". Do you know what inari is made of? Have a guess, then I'll tell you the next time~!
Now, about the Korean-styled pizza, most children like sweet potato on the pizza. Pizza Hut made the sweet-potatoed pizza called "Rich Gold" for the first time. Then it made a big hit through all ages of people, since the Koreans like the sweet potato.
It's "Rich Gold". Dose it look yummy?
And I searched for the recipe of that kind of pizza.
★The Ingredients★
two steamed sweet potatoes, flatted bread, pizza souce, many pieces of cheese, some sliced mushrooms, vegetables, and pieces of ham.
★How to cook★
1. Crush (or mash) the steamed sweet potatoes, or just cube them into small pieces.
2. Sauch the bread, and set toppings like mushrooms, and vegetables on your own favor.
3. Then, scatter the pieces of cheese over the toppings on bread.
4. Bake it for about 10 minutes in an over-180-Celsius-degreed oven.
5. Now eat them with a plearsure~!
I translated a Korean recipe into English, so it may have some mistakes. If there's wrong expression, please give me some advices.^^
Do you feel it delicious? I don't know if this recipe works well or not, because I haven't cooked the pizza according to this recipe before.
Since we're talking about food, could you tell me some Canadian traditional plates? I want to know what kind of food the Canadians like. Then tomorrow let me tell you on Korean traditional foods.
And I have some questions! You used the phrase of "double whammy" to mean double good, but I've heard that it has also bad meanings. Is it okay to say this phrase to mean double in good way?
Is "flatted bread" a right expression fitted to the bread of pizza?
Is it correct to use "crush" or "mash" in the recipe?
Finally, it's time to sign off. These days, I'm having a great time writing, and talking here to you. I hope you'll also have a nice time. Then, see you,
Terry
