How's it going? Are you enjoying the Olympics on TV? I see that Korea is doing really well. Wow! As I write this, I see that you have four gold medals and four silver medals. And your country is also in second place next to China. That is soooooooooo awesome!
 
Canada, meanwhile, isn't doing so well. (Here I laugh a sad little laugh...) We are in 69th position. (OMG!) We have zero medals. Well, I guess winter sports are more our specialty! Ha ha. Anyway, hopefully we'll get some kind of medal sometime soon!
 
But, let's get back to Korea's medals. Although there were medals for judo, archery and weightlifting, my students are talking mostly about the gold medal won by Park Taehwan for the 400 m swimming race. I like this picture of him from a Chinese newspaper:
 
 

He looks incredibly happy and I'm sure he is.
 
I read that Park Taehwan is called "Little Brother" by Koreans. Can you tell me why?
